These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the a9login platform, including all gaming products, promotions, payment services, and account features. 2.2 a9login reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by a9login may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending resolution.
2.3 Each individual may operate only one Account on the a9login Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
2.4 a9login reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. a9login will never request your password through any communication channel.
3.2 Members must notify a9login immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Until such notification is received, the Member remains responsible for all activity conducted through the Account.
3.3 a9login implements automatic session timeouts for inactive Accounts. Members using shared or public devices are strongly advised to log out manually at the conclusion of each session and avoid saving credentials in shared browsers.
3.4 Members must update their Account information promptly if any registered details change, including email address, contact number, or preferred payment method. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may delay the processing of withdrawal requests pending re-verification.
4.1 a9login accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following authorised payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The Operator reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods with reasonable notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and vary depending on the Member's verification status and account tier.
4.3 All deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in MYR. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Member and are determined by the relevant payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's name and previously used for a successful deposit. a9login does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.5 a9login targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. However, the Operator reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals requiring additional verification, risk review, or occurring during periods of system maintenance.
4.6 Deposits made using funds that are subsequently subject to a chargeback, reversal, or dispute by the originating payment institution may result in the immediate suspension of the Member's Account and recovery of any winnings generated using those funds.
5.1 a9login offers promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms published on the a9login Promo Bonus page at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances in the Member's Wallet. Unless otherwise specified, real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in the betting sequence.
5.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all a9login promotions:

6.1 All bets placed on a9login are final upon confirmation. Members are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming a wager. a9login will not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error attributable to the Operator has demonstrably occurred.
6.2 a9login reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in circumstances where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game or event has been compromised, or that the Member has exploited a technical error, pricing error, or software vulnerability.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sportsbook bet, the outcome will be determined according to the Operator's disconnection policy applicable to the relevant game or market. Members are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when placing real-money wagers.
6.4 The outcomes of all casino games on a9login are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment operated under certified studio conditions. a9login does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the stated theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a9login Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Member may reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of a9login.
9.1 a9login collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at a9login.club/privacy-policy.
9.2 By registering an Account, Members consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of platform services as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 a9login is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to all Members. These tools are accessible through the Member's Account settings at any time.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
10.3 a9login restricts Platform access to individuals aged 21 and above. The Operator reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where the Member's age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a9login shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions.
11.2 a9login's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 a9login does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Operator takes reasonable technical steps to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
12.1 a9login reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Members who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
13.1 Members may close their Account at any time by contacting the a9login support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Member via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
13.2 a9login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, or regulatory instruction.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a9login holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to a9login's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under a9login's operating licence.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
